READY-TO-WEAR COLLECTION

by CHEZ DEDE

Chez Dede extends its horizons giving life to a small collection of ready-to-wear: a minimal wardrobe, No-Size, sophisticated, timeless, signed by the creative direction of Daria Reina.

Ultra chic cuts for two shirts, a top and two models of skirt in 7 solid colors and patterns designed in the atelier and printed on sumptuous cotton fabrics. The textures owe the exotic influences reported by many travels around the world. A non-ephemeral collection, which pursues a formal ideal of wearability and purity of lines. A stylistic path, meditated, clear and essential as an artistic and ideological manifesto, expressly dedicated to the international customers of the brand.

THE SHIRTS

The white shirt, important, absolute, represents the incipit, the initial idea around which the collection is developed. Everything comes from the Parco dei Eroi del Gianicolo, the most beautiful and representative panoramic viewpoint in Rome. The marble busts dedicated to the patriots of the Risorgimento wear shirts with large monumental bows tied to the neck. Chez Dede uses the fabric for its same sculptural plasticity to restore romanticism without affectation and a (vaguely) revolutionary attitude (from the barricades). A strongly iconic sign, knotted in a thousand ways or to be left draped loose.

OUR FAV’

A selection of brands we love and we carry in our store in Rome and sell on our e-store.

GIULIVA HERITAGE COLLECTION

Giuliva Heritage Collection was founded in Italy by Gerardo Cavaliere and Margherita Cardelli. Starting out with just six outerwear pieces, the duo were inspired by the climate of Cardelli’s birth region of Abruzzo, where jackets and coats are required all year round. Since then, the label has expanded its offering to include dresses, trousers and blazers – all based on quintessential men’s tailoring. Using high-quality natural materials, the brand aims to reduce waste through a sustainable manufacturing process, without compromising on style.

CAMOSHITA by UNITED ARROWS

Camoshita was launched in 2007 by Mr Yasuto Kamoshita, a frequent star in the street style photography of Mr Tommy Ton and The Sartorialist. The brand combines American Ivy League influences with the soft construction of Southern Italy. It is a relaxed “Japanese way” of dressing, combining bold patterns and textured fabrics and each piece is handmade in Japan.
